This is a shopping centre in Waterkloof Glen, Pretoria, Gauteng.  The centre is located at the intersection of two busy streets.  The building has recently been painted and a palisade fence has been erected to improve the security at the centre.  The total cost of the recent renovations was around R1,4 million.

A vacancy of 800 m² was recently filled with the placing of Aerial Excellence (Multichoice). Adega’s seafood restaurant is already busy with shopfitting, and it should be open for business by the end of October 2009.  It will also attract more visitors to the centre.

The anchor tenant is Pick ‘n Pay. Their lease is in the process of being renewed for a further ten years.  They also want to expand and upgrade their store with an additional 600 m² at their own cost, which will be approximately R4 million.
