Pick ‘n Pay is the anchor tenant and they
occupy 3 592 m², with a lease that is valid for another ten years. There is a vacancy of only 551 m² which
should be occupied soon, as a result of the property manager’s efforts to
restructure the tenant profile in order to get a stronger tenant mix. The property manager requested market
research for the centre, and from this they could determine which national
tenants could further complement the building.
The Rivonia Conference Centre opened in the
centre during September 2009. Their
activities should attract a large influx of potential buyers to the centre. Negotiations are currently being held with
two liquor outlets to occupy a vacancy of 150 m².
